We don’t have to explain to you why our oceans need help. We all know we need to act now to protect marine habitats before it’s too late. Swapping your plastic toothbrush for Brush It On is just one way of reducing your plastic footprint, we know that. And that’s why we send our profits to The Australian Marine Conservation Society to help them on their mission to keep the world’s oceans clean.
We Want Clean Oceans
How can we
protect our oceans?
Australian Marine Conservation Society
The Australian Marine Conservation Society (AMCS) is the voice for Australia’s ocean wildlife. AMCS works on the big issues concerning the sea. Their key focus is to create marine sanctuaries, make our fisheries sustainable and protect and recover our threatened ocean wildlife, such as our dolphins, sharks and whales.
Each Nemo toothbrush will contribute to their programs focused on keeping our oceans in their healthiest and most natural state, without pressures from overfishing and pollution. Every 4 bamboo toothbrushes help distribute a living plastic-free pack to raise awareness around plastic pollution.
AMCS also work to tackle the biggest threat to our Great Barrier Reef, which is global ocean warming. Through their Fight for our Reef campaign, they are working to ensure that Australia takes urgent and rapid action to move from dirty polluting coal to clean renewable energy.
Captain Nemo was designed by Abbey Rich to help conserve marine habitats. His simple yet elegant body is made from sustainable bamboo and his soft blue bristles are made from 100% biodegradable Nylon 4. This brush is guaranteed to bring a bit of ocean breeze in your morning and night routine.
You have a great taste in design and make conscious decisions about the products you buy. You care about the environment and are trying to reduce your plastic footprint without compromising your lifestyle. Marine conservation is important to you and that’s why you’re here.
